ABOUT Melissa

I am an instructional designer specializing in the creation of accessible, engaging, and outcome-driven learning experiences aligned with organizational and learner needs. I have experience applying WCAG accessibility best practices across eLearning, multimedia, and instructional documentation. I develop interactive learning solutions using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline, and create visual and multimedia assets using Canva, Adobe products, D-ID, and other digital tools. I also leverage AI-assisted technologies to support content development, scripting, and efficiency while maintaining academic quality, accessibility, and instructional integrity. My work includes analyzing learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional programs to ensure measurable impact.

 

When I am not working, I love to explore the great outdoors of Montana through hiking, rock climbing, and cycling.
